Train live with James McCauley and join a global community of facilitators.
Release what's stuck, reconnect to yourself, and step into a new state — in the heart of Dublin.
This isn't a workshop. It's a full nervous system immersion — designed to help you release, reconnect, and return as a more grounded version of yourself.
Multiple deep breathwork sessions using the Phoenix Method — designed to move stuck energy, release emotional tension, and create lasting shifts in your nervous system state.
Understand how your nervous system works, why you get stuck in patterns, and how to access regulation on demand — in life, not just in a retreat room.
Guided movement sessions designed to release tension stored in the body, reconnect you to your physical self, and create space for deeper breathwork.
A full Phoenix Fire Night — an immersive evening of breathwork, music, movement and community that many describe as the most powerful event of the retreat.
Two full days immersed in practice, learning, and transformation. Each day is intentionally designed to build on the last.

The Phoenix City Retreat is a two-day immersive experience designed to help you reconnect with yourself through breathwork, movement, nervous system practices, connection exercises, and community.
Across the weekend, we blend practical tools with deeper experiential work in a grounded, welcoming, and supportive environment.
The retreat runs from 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM each day.
We recommend arriving 15–20 minutes early so you have time to settle into the space before we begin.
No — accommodation is not included in the ticket price.
This is a non-residential city retreat, so participants are free to arrange accommodation that suits them if needed.
We'll provide light refreshments, tea, water, and snacks throughout the retreat.
Full meals are not included, so there will be time during the lunch break to bring your own food or explore nearby cafés and restaurants.
We recommend bringing:
Most importantly — come as you are.
Absolutely.
Whether this is your very first breathwork experience or you've been exploring personal development for years, the retreat is designed to meet you where you are. Everything is guided step-by-step by the Phoenix team.
The retreat may include:
Each day is designed to feel immersive, engaging, and deeply human.
Yes — the retreat includes immersive transformational breathwork journeys, including longer guided sessions designed to support emotional release, nervous system regulation, self-awareness, and connection.
Some exercises may involve optional partner interaction or supportive touch.
Consent and personal boundaries are deeply respected throughout the entire experience, and you are always free to opt out of any exercise at any time.
Absolutely — many people come on their own.
The retreat is designed to feel welcoming, inclusive, and community-oriented, and people often leave having formed genuine connections with others.
No — this is an educational and experiential wellness event and should not be considered therapy or medical treatment.
If you have any significant cardiovascular, respiratory, neurological, or mental health conditions, or if you are pregnant, we recommend consulting with a qualified medical professional before attending.
Ultimately, participants are responsible for deciding whether the experience feels appropriate for them.
Emotions can naturally arise during breathwork and somatic experiences, and everyone's experience is different.
Our team is there to help create a grounded and supportive environment, and participants are always encouraged to move at their own pace throughout the weekend.
There may be photography or videography during portions of the retreat for promotional and community content purposes.
By attending, participants acknowledge that they may appear in event media.
Yes — we plan to organize an optional community meetup around a month after the retreat, such as a group hike or social gathering, for anyone who would like to reconnect with the community afterward.
Not at all.
No previous experience is necessary, and the retreat is designed to be accessible whether you're completely new to this work or already familiar with breathwork and embodiment practices.
The atmosphere is grounded, welcoming, immersive, and community-focused.
While some experiences can feel deep and powerful, there is also plenty of space for lightness, laughter, connection, reflection, and enjoyment throughout the weekend.
Two days. One complete reset for your nervous system. This is the retreat people come back to again and again.
