State-dependent learning
Breath, rhythm, posture, and attention shift the body out of automatic defence, so the mind can work with the pattern instead of being run by it.
Dublin | 3rd January | One-day retreat
Break the pattern your nervous system keeps repeating. A one-day Phoenix retreat using breathwork, neuroplasticity, and state-based learning to help your body rehearse a new response.
The promise
Most people keep meeting the same trigger, body response, belief, and behaviour. This day helps you see that loop clearly, soften the charge around it, and practise a new response.
We begin with the body before going into the story. From there, you map one recurring pattern, move through a deep Phoenix breathwork process, and leave with one practical shift to carry into daily life.
Why it works
The brain does not simply change because we understand a pattern. It changes when attention, emotion, body state, and repetition come together. Pattern Reset uses breathwork and guided reflection to create the conditions where the nervous system can update an old prediction and rehearse a new response.
Breath, rhythm, posture, and attention shift the body out of automatic defence, so the mind can work with the pattern instead of being run by it.
The brain runs old reactions as predictions: this trigger means danger, rejection, collapse, or control. When you meet the same trigger in a safer state, the prediction can begin to update.
Deep breathwork, music, support, and integration bring emotion into the process. That is where change becomes embodied, memorable, and easier to practise after the day.
The day
The day builds gradually, from grounding and education into deeper breathwork, then back into grounded integration.
Opening circle, safety frame, intention setting, and a simple 0-10 body scale.
An energising opening practice to land in the body, build awareness, and settle attention.
Build one breath, gesture, or phrase your system can return to all day.
Trigger -> body state -> belief -> behaviour -> cost.
Look beneath the visible behaviour to what it has been protecting.
Space to eat, walk, journal, and let the morning settle.
Meet the protective part, soften the charge, and prepare the body for deeper release.
An immersive breathwork experience with music, release, and support.
Come back slowly, journal what moved, and make sense of the experience.
Turn the old reaction into a simple tool you can practise.
Leave with your pattern map, one new response, and a simple seven-day ritual.
Tickets
A smaller, deeper Phoenix format than Fire Night: more space, more context, and a full day to work with one meaningful shift.
