The weekend training gives you the foundations. The online apprenticeship is where those foundations become embodied skills.
Most facilitator trainings teach concepts. The Phoenix Online Apprenticeship is designed to help you apply those concepts in real life through guided practice, mentorship, feedback and real-world client experience.
Over 16 weeks, you'll deepen your understanding of breathwork, nervous system regulation, emotional processing and facilitation — while developing the confidence to work with real clients.

16 Weekly Live Mentoring Calls
Every week you'll join a live online mentoring and integration call. Recordings are available if you cannot attend live.

Work With A Real Practice Client
Knowledge becomes skill through application. Throughout the apprenticeship you will work with a practice client under ongoing guidance and support.

Accountability Buddy System
Each participant is paired with another trainee to stay on track, practise techniques, share reflections and build confidence. Many participants find these relationships become one of the most valuable parts of the training.
Private Community Access
As a trainee you'll receive access to the Phoenix Facilitator Community — ask questions, share wins, discuss client experiences and continue learning between calls.
Practical Assignments
Throughout the program you'll complete practical exercises designed to help you embody the work, not just understand it intellectually — including self-practice, facilitation exercises, observation tasks and nervous system regulation practices.
